Vincennes University

Founded in 1801 as Jefferson Academy, Vincennes University is Indiana’s first college, with the distinction of its founder, William Henry Harrison, becoming the 9th U.S. President. One of Indiana’s public colleges, it offers both associate and bachelor degrees.
