Grouseland

Governor William Henry Harrison’s Grouseland is a Presidential Home and National Historic Landmark. Built 1802-1804, it was the center for the Indiana Territorial government, Harrison’s family home, and a fortress during hostile times. Harrison was elected the 9th U.S. President in 1840.
